Due to safety and legal regulations, prescription medications cannot be returned or resold once delivered, even if unopened.
Refunds for prescription items are only issued if:
You received the wrong medication
Your order arrived damaged or defective
Your package was lost in transit
In these cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Non-prescription (OTC) items may be eligible for return if:
The item is unused
The packaging is unopened and in original condition
The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Return shipping costs may apply unless the error was ours.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
Take clear photos of the package and item
Contact our support team within 48 hours
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.
Once an order is in processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was made by USAPharmas.Â
